1 General Provisions

ppvai is an online gaming and betting platform that offers casino games, live dealer games, slots, and sports betting for users in Bangladesh. These Terms are originally written in Bengali under international legal standards, and in the event of a dispute, the original document shall prevail.

2 Account Registration

To create an account on ppvai, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in immediate closure of your account and suspension of any pending transactions.

• Each user may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Verification of the mobile number and email provided during account registration is mandatory.
• It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. ppvai is not liable for any unauthorized access.
• Allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited.
• Creating an account is completely free — ppvai never charges a registration fee.

3 Age Verification

All ppvai services are available only to users aged 21 and above. By using the platform, you declare that you are at least 21 years old.

ppvai may at any time request a copy of a government-issued ID, passport, or national identity card for age verification purposes. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. If an account belonging to a minor is identified, it will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

4 Account Management

7 Gaming Rules

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, ppvai reserves the right to void the result of that round.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final, though any technical issues may be appealed.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Potential losses resulting from a game being interrupted due to a lost internet connection or technical issues.
• Losses caused by problems with the user's own device or network.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence or carelessness.
• Temporary service disruptions due to unexpected system maintenance.

In any circumstance, ppvai's maximum liability shall be limited to the actual balance available in the user's account.
